1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using icd10free.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”) at octo.health, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (an individual or entity) and icd10free.com. We may modify these Terms at any time; material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

icd10free.com is a medical code reference tool that allows users to search, browse, and explore ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes, CPT procedure codes, and related medical conditions. The Service displays publicly available Medicare reimbursement data for informational purposes.

ICD-10-CM codes are maintained by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and are in the public domain. CPT codes are copyrighted by the American Medical Association (AMA). You agree to comply with all applicable licenses governing the use of medical coding data.

The Service is a reference tool only and does not provide medical, legal, or billing advice.

3. Disclaimer & No Warranty

AS-IS BASIS.The Service and all data are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty, express or implied.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any code, payment amount, or other data displayed. Medicare payment rates change annually; always verify with official CMS fee schedules.

Not a substitute for professional judgment. Code suggestions and data shown are for reference only and must be reviewed by qualified medical coding professionals. Incorrect coding may result in claim denials, payment delays, or legal liability.

icd10free.com is not a covered entity under HIPAA. You should not submit protected health information (PHI) through the Service.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, icd10free.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, denied claims, or billing errors arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

5. Intellectual Property

The icd10free.com name, logo, site design, and software are our proprietary intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Medical code data displayed on the Service is sourced from public government databases (ICD-10-CM from CMS) and licensed content (CPT from AMA). Your use of CPT content is subject to AMA’s terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
